Work Description: Kitchen remodel

Comments: Jack McCauley is a scammer did not know what he was doing measured cupboards wrong twice put on all kinds of trim to hide imperfections did a horrible job very incompetent Mickey Mouse job horrible workers always wanted more money although we gave half down as in contract he always say thanks and God Bless but he’s a God Blessing SCAMMER so diappointing have plenty of puctures
Mr and Mrs Buggert's job was an insurance claim. We spent many hours with insurance company to make sure they received the maximum funds for the claim. About 6 weeks after insurance was settled, they called and wanted us to do the work. When we were finalizing paper work, Mrs Buggert wanted price reduced and wanted us to do other work that was not on agreement. We complied with her request. During the project they kept adding and changing items on agreement. When purchasing cabinets they added extra cabinets and counter top. The agreement stated a vinyl clip and lock floor, they bought a ceramic floor. Ceramic takes a lot longer to install. Clip and Lock would have taken a half day, we spent 3 days doing ceramic. They also bought ceramic for another room that was not on agreement. There were many other situations, like waiting on colors material choices and more. I have to admit that some of the upper cabinets were not correct. We talked to Tina and went over cabinet lay out and re-ordered correct cabinets. When the cabinets arrived we went over to install them. The second day they said they wanted to wait a little while before we finish. About three weeks later they said they wanted to talk to me. I went to there house and they said that they met someone when they were walking there dog that was a home improvement guy. They hired him to finish job. He was all ready working there for two weeks. I decided to just let it go and move on. I hope the new guy can make Tina happy.

Comments: Found out our roofing job was still under warranty so did not use Jaxx services, but he was very prompt with setting up an appointment and coming out to give us a quote (which was very reasonable).

Work Description: Locate and fix a leaking roof.

Comments: They called within seconds of completing the request. We set a time and they showed up timely with tools to repair the leak, which they did, but we wanted a quote on replacing the roof and they never called back after they performed the quick repair job.

Work Description: A Skylight was removed and replaced. Jaxx will come back again to do some roof work for me to stop water from running agains one of the walls of the uppper levvers of our quad.

Comments: Jaxx;s wass the only company that came and looked at the Ceiling window. Two of the company;s did not call at all

Comments: Jack is really good, trustworthy person. I always look forward to working with him. There are cheaper contractors out there, but I know I would jeopardize the quality. He is a really good roofer.
