Work Description: Refinishing and repair of hardwood floor
Comments: The finished product was acceptable, though I did have difficulties contacting the vendor for final touch-up for quite some time. Communication and follow-up was an issue. He was personable and apologetic when he finally returned my calls and ultimately finished the job to my satisfaction.-
