Comments: The two Young men who came to our house had very little knowledge of grinder pumps. Instead of seeking help from other plumbers who might help them with their diagnosis., They suggested that we replace the whole system including the control panel which was not broken.The price that was quoted was extremely high compared to similar repairs we have had in the past. We ended up going with a different company the next day. That company was extremely skilled and even found critical omissions that the paradise team did not perform. We saved 60% by contracting a different company whose estimates were much more transparent.
The owner of Paradise plumbing did call me and give me a refund for my house call. He seemed very determined to make my unfortunate situation right.
