Comments: was supposed to convert my garage into living space..took deposit and disappeared. excuse after excuse after excuse..I have filed against him. He is full of it and Eric Smith is his accomplice. numbers start being disconnected and suddenly zero response. Do not believe the positive reviews. Smith is part of his crew. Not sure about the other people. Every story is the same. take the money and run. everybody can't have the same story regarding the same individual and nobody is right but him..Fort Worth TX
