Comments: We wanted a tune up on our A/C unit before we leave for the summer to make sure we would have no issues while we're gone. Jeremey really knew his business and walked us through the process so we knew what he was looking for and explained the need for a part that needed replacement and an additional part that would quiet down the A/C unit while running. Comments: Such an amazing experience from a great company whose professionalism, ethics and expertise are beyond compare. The business owner, Michael, is as personable as he is professional and knowledgeable. Our central HVAC unit was almost 30 years old and still running well... but was showing its age. Additionally, we had enclosed our back porch and my wife's office at the other end of the house had never had good cooling, an absolute necessity here in the Phoenix area. While others had offered solutions for these two problem areas, Michael took the time to go up into the attic area and thoroughly examine everything and proposed a number of options as well as his own recommendations. We got four other quotes from two major name-brand companies and two smaller local companies. But there was simply no contest. Michael understood our needs and offered great suggestions and exhibited great caring throughout. No pressure, no sales tactics... just suggestions, options and at a reasonable price.Once we made our decision, he was out with his crew three business days later to replace our central HVAC unit as well as a smaller "mini-split" for the enclosed room in the back... and the job was completed in a single day. And, WOW!, what a difference the new unit makes! He predicted my wife's office might well become the coolest room in the house... and given the incredible air flow it now gets, I wouldn't be surprised! Even after completion, Michael was and continues to be available for any questions or concerns we have. In fact, he was just out here again today to help us complete our SRP rebate paperwork thanks to the high efficiency ratings both our new units have! We cannot recommend him highly enough and, as his company also does other home-related projects, we're getting quotes for other services including a possible kitchen remodeling project we've had on the back burner. Great company headed by a great and very conscientious owner.

When Mike came by he diagnosed the problem within 20 min. and within an hour I was back up and running. I couldn't afford a 10k plus unit now . Thank god there is still honest people out there.
