Comments: This was a very confusing time for me. A plan was not really discussed with what I wanted in the bathroom. Most of the workers don't speak English, but very nice and professional. I worked with Alex most of the time, but I don't know who is coming to my home. I had to ask them to protect my carpet on my stairs. I'm still waiting for my project to be finished, even though I was told 2to3 weeks. After the tiles were put in and the grout put in, the grout film is still on the tile, that was never cleaned out. 2ND payment was asked, before the work from the contract was done. Some questions I ask and never get an answer for. I thought of waiting for this project to be done, but I need to write my experience. I basically had to make sure my vision came through, because Alex did not pay attention to my vision of what I wanted in my bathroom remodel. I'm still waiting for some broken tile to be replaced, the vanity, toilet and the final touches to be installed. I'm not sure when they are coming next, because I never know till the last minute. The work was nice, but it could have been so much better. I also don't really know who truly owns this company.Boston MA
