Work Description: New roof
Comments: We purchased our house this past summer and moved to South Jersey from Philadelphia, and we didn't know of any contractors in New Jersey, but our real estate agent recommended Value Roofing to us, because she was very happy with their work when they installed a new roof on her house.The house we had purchased needed a new roof and we knew that going in. The seller did give us a discount on the house because of this fact. Anyhow, we ended up hiring Value Roofing for a new roof and we are 110% satisfied. From the start they were patient, professional, and they even helped us pick a new color as we didn't want another black roof, because black roofs get too hot in the summer time, so we really appreciate the professional suggestions they offered and the samples they provided really helped us make our decision as well.
The house looks like a brand new house now, and we get compliments all the time. Who would have guessed that a new roof would make your house look so much better? It literally looks like a million dollar house.

Comments: Our roof developed a leak from all the heavy rain that we've had this year, so we had no choice, but to get a new roof. As luck would have it, Value Roofing was installing a new roof for one of our neighbors across the street, so I went over to talk to the guys who quickly pointed the project manager out to me and he agreed to give me an estimate that same day. We received such great estimate for a new roof which included replacing the gutters to an upgraded 6 inch rain gutters, that I didn't even bother calling other roofers for more estimates.We really love our new roof and we are extremely satisfied with the work they did. They used the highest quality products and they cleaned up so well that you'd never know they were there, except for the beautiful new roof they installed. It was the most refreshing experience, because their project manager was on the job from start to finish and that made the world of difference! The communication was great, and the work they did was outstanding! For anyone needing a new roof, I can sincerely tell you that you can't go wrong with Value Roofing!

Work Description: Roof replacement
Comments: After receiving roofing estimates from a couple of roofing contractors in the area, who we were not impressed with whatsoever, we were so stressed out beyond belief, due to the cost, difficulty with scheduling, and mostly because of an ongoing leak. A good family friend recommended Value Roofing to us, and insisted that we get an estimate from them, and we are so happy we did.Value Roofing was quick to come out, and gave us a professional assessment of what needed to be done, and they found other issues that the other 2 roofing contractors missed. Their prices were in line with the other estimates, but the big difference was they offered higher quality materials which are considered the "premium line" roofing materials for the other roofers, so this was like getting a free upgrade from what we were quoted by the other roofers. They also recommended to replace our rain gutters, but I decided not to, and I wish I would have taken that recommendation at the time, because it is now evident that I will have to call them to come back out to replace our rain gutters in the spring time. My bad!
My husband and I really like the way Value Roofing did their work, and we are very very happy with our new roof. Our home looks absolutely beautiful with the new roof, and best of all, no more leaks! These guys do such great work that I am recommending them to all our friends and family. It's really tough to find a company like Value Roofing these days, and I am so grateful that our good friend recommended them to us.
