Comments: Idid not have anything in writing and I take in to consideration that at 91 years of age I am forgetful but one thing I always know what takes place is the dollar figure. As we did not write anything down i was always surprised that the figure mentioned at the start became a different and higher price at the end of each phase. I did not mind paying it but future dealings will have me writing and both signatures on work to be done as well as the price. Other than that I found Adrian very hard working and work done was excellent. I am very happy with the results and would hire Adrian ten times if and when needed.
