Work Description: Install wooden fence with gate
Comments: HORRIBLE!My $2500 fence has come apart, in one place; a portion, of my fence WAS NEVER installed properly; I can't get out of my fence, from the inside of my yard, because the gate only opens from the outside (Adams will have anyone, who will listen that I approved of such foolishness and I have pictures to prove all of my allegations). Somehow, it was my fault, the consumer, for NOT pointing out HIS errors, before he left my property. But he would come back, IF I paid for his gas and additional materials. Two licensed contractors saw my fence and stated that who ever put my fence up should have their license revoked and reported to BBB. I doubt if Adams is licensed. Wood debris was left in my yard; wood stain was splattered on my driveway and on the side of my house; AND my fence is crooked! New contractors showed me, with their tools, that posts were crooked and the work was amateurish. I now have to pay REAL craftsmen/contractors over $700, to fix the mess that was created in my yard. I guess, if you have small jobs, that require very little skills, then he and his "come as you are" 2 men crew are the ones!

Work Description: Repair forged aluminum mailbox door
Comments: Had been told by pro that should just buy and install new mailbox. After I'd entered info on network requesting a repair company within 15 minutes William had called back and within 1 hour he'd repaired it. A new mailbox was $300 + installation. Needless to say we're pleased. But when you add to it William's friendly personality we are elated. I'd been putting off this anticipated expenditure for months. Thanks Wiiliam!!Lexington SC
