Comments: Stop searching, these are the guys you’ve been searching for! They left and I couldn’t stop saying WOW! Now that’s what I call service! John and his brother run an amazing team. Great communication, knowledgeable, punctual, affordable, honest, friendly service, jeez I can’t decide what to talk about first. I needed a simple repair of some uplifted shingles and Universal took my call and had an estimate for me that day and they were on the roof the very next business day.John brought his highly skilled team of roofers who tackled the job in under 2 hours, I didn’t even have time to be disturbed at work or driven crazy by that hammer banging away. These guys are good! John spoke with me to confirm the details of the job and offered some very insightful information on proper roof maintenance. I felt like my property was respected which is very important for me with professional home maintenance companies. I was quoted a price about 25% less than another company I spoke with which raised some questions but John is an honest man and again, through his expert insight, let me know that others were over charging for the work needed to be done. You have to appreciate honesty in todays world. 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars, can’t wait to have the crew back to replace the roof next year!-
