Comments: I’m extremely happy with choosing Universal Builders to do my roof. After the rains we had this year, our roof took a toll and we had a huge problem and couldn’t figure out what happened but I’m glad Universal Builders was able to step in and take care of what was needed. Comments: On Jan 7,2023 universal builders attempted to repair my leaking roof for which they were paid $3000. My roof is still.leaking and now they want $12000 more to fix it. I want my.money back but now they refuse to take my calls nor let me talk to the owner who they say has the authority to authorize a refund. Have left several messages for the owner but no return call. Do not deal with this unscrupulous company who are breaking the law by not complying with the guarantee they claim on their site. I may just have to file a lawsuit to get my.money back!Pasadena CA

He made sure everything was perfect as the project was happening. The crew always arrived on time and one thing that I liked the most is how Johnny kept me updated throughout the project.I am very happy with the way my new roof looks!!!
