Work Description: An extreme make over of the exterior of our home has just been completed by Sam and his company, and I wanted to share our “extreme” pleasure with the results. Sam and his crews roofed, sided, replaced the gutters, all the windows and exterior doors of our house in a short amount of time, always placing a priority on our job until it was completed. The work site was cleaned up and personally inspected at the end of each day by Sam, everything and everyone was in focus with our expectations. Telephone calls were answered or returned in a timely manner and as much time as we needed was always taken to answer our questions. Uncle Sam Remodeling has what it takes to exist in the marketplace today. We have and will continue to recommend them without any reservation to anyone who is interested in making improvements on their home.

Work Description: When I recently needed new siding and a roof for my house, I contacted several businesses for an estimate. Sam not only submitted the lowest estimate, but the owner First Sergeant Sam Hassan was very friendly and professional, taking the time to suggest the small extra steps that make a big difference in improving the appearance of my home, He made it a point to keep in contact with me while the work was in progress. He and his crew took pride in their work, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure that I completely satisfied with the job. I will not hesitate to use the company again in the future, and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Work Description: Sam and the installation crew arrived at the promised time, well organized, and again, concerned to interfere with the homeowner to the least extent possible. Sam also visited our home on several occasions to check the progress, coordinate the work and answer all our questions and concerns. Very little time was spent running for supplies as everything needed was already on site. I was surprised at the number, and variability of specialized fittings required and the fact that all were available. Outside utilities and lights were removed as needed and reinstalled with appropriate trim. The entire work was done in a professional manner with careful attention to detail. At the end of the job Sam and the crew made several accommodations that were not required by the contract.

I had not previously had the experience of dealing with contractors and employees who were so dedicated to customer satisfaction. The quality of the product, and the installation were totally satisfactory. It was refreshing to pay at the end of the job after having previous experiences with other contractors.
