Our process is simple: Be sure we have legitimate damage to support contacting your insurance, be there for you to walk you through and represent you during the claim and adjustment process, and offer the best in craftsmanship and service during the installation process to ensure your satisfaction. 1. We will perform a FREE roof evaluation to determine if in our opinion there is adequate storm damage to support a claim to your insurance. If there is we will go to step two; if not we will give you the good news.

2. If in our opinion there is adequate damage and you elect to move forward we will assist you in calling in your claim by either calling it in for you while in your presence; or, give you needed information to call it in yourself. This step is straight forward; although at times insurance companies have been made out to be bullies of homeowners this just is not true and unfortunately beginning this process can cause undue stress to homeowners. Don't worry, we will be there for you during the entire process.

3. Your insurance company will schedule an adjuster to come and review your claim/damage. Once this is scheduled we will need you to give us a call and let us know when the appointment is scheduled and one of our technicians will be there during the adjuster visit to represent you and show the adjuster the results of our evaluation.

4. Once your roof is approved we will pick out style, color and brand of shingles and you will then get to see the excellent quality and service of your roofing crews. In nearly all of the cases we will be able to perform your roof install for the insurance proceeds. CONTACT US
