Comments: Loving care definitely fit this company I called around Sacramento for 3days it was hot and frustrating Dealing with a lot of contractors oh wow was tired and the very last company was loving Care I’m thinking after talking too a lot of contractors I had made my mind I was done ! Loving Care Mark yeh come in asked me questions very mellow go straight to attic took pic he set down and explained every tiny detail in a way that don’t worry 😉 loving care crew going to work and get you’re air conditioning the guys that put in the system worked did a fabulous job thank you loving Care Crew 🙏🏿The very nice lady that do you’re paper work I spoke to 2 times she’s great beautiful attitude after the air conditioning crew was done they cleaned everything up , you guys where awsome thank you 💯👍🏼And Mark Thank you for helping me with my credit and finding someone to finance me with my very low payments it’s like they took care of everything thing for me without worrying how I was going to pay from start to inspection they really was there and To loving Care you guys truely did live up to you’re name no doubt To loving Care a family of Angels Thank you so much 👍🏼💯😘

Comments: Excellent service all around. Mark came to my home, on time, as scheduled. He actually spent about 40 minutes looking at the HVAC equipment. He explained the condition of the unit, patiently answered all of my questions and concerns and then presented his quote. I really appreciate the knowledge and patience he brought to the table. He even came out during the install, which was a nice touch!

Work Description: Replace heat pump and air exchanger

Comments: Chris, Tim, and their crew rescued us this summer. After months of frustration from a poor install from another company (blower sounded like a jet engine), Love and Care provided a SOLUTION! Chris and Tim did a detailed evaluation of our home, took measurements, and recommended options that would work be best for us. Their crew installed a new heat pump and air exchanger, and reconstructed the air intake to improve air flow. We also chose to replace all ductwork in the attic. The crew worked 3 days. They were skilled, efficient, polite, always answered our questions, and cleaned up each day. Tim came each day to coordinate with his crew and to see if we had questions. Results: It is the QUIETEST and most efficient system! With the new system and new air ducts, there is great air flow upstairs with only 1-2 degree variance between upstairs and downstairs. Amazing!
We highly recommend Love and Care Heating and Air. A+

Comments: Chris and Mark came in on Friday and gave me a detailed description of the scope of work and equipment needed to complete the A/C project. They were very professional and helpful. Then, Marshal and Lucas came on Tuesday as scheduled. Both did an excellent job and left the house clean. I give the whole team an A+ and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Comments: I had the heater replaced instead of cleaned. The carbon monoxide reading was high and it was old from 1951. The Price was high. $6918 plus tax but I'm getting a $500 rebate. The service was excellent. Friendly installers and it was put in yesterday so we will see how it works but it has a warranty.

Work Description: Created water tolerant front & back yards including a small area for a lawn. Sprinkler system for the lawn with drip irrigation for the planting areas; all irrigation is on a timing system. Two stone patios were created; one in the front yard & one in the back. A metal trellis was installed at the back yard patio with a stone path leading to it from the side yard. 3 dwarf citrus trees were also planted.

Comments: Tim spent time listening to my thoughts & wishes & then created a plan blending what I wanted with what he knew from experience would work well in my space. Tim & his crew were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever needed to be done to accommodate my vision for my yards. After the job was completed, Tim returned to check on the outcome of the project within a couple of days to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. This was my first landscaping project and I was pleased to have found a contractor who knew what he was doing, who had his own vision but was willing to also listen to what I wanted. I would hire him again!

Work Description: Tim installed a gazebo for me, and also built a set of stairs into an exitsting deck.

Comments: Great job! The gazebo was complicated, as I'd used someone else to lay a concrete pad. Tim had to go an extra mile to be able to install the gazebo within code. He communicated the issues to me well, and was able to make the situation work without massive reconstruction. Later, he built stairs onto a composite deck. He matched the material (of course the original material wasn't available), put the stairs right where they needed to be, though the space was tight, and they look great. I'd use Tim ahead of any other contractors. He's reliable, honest, dependable, and does a great job.
