Work Description: Only painted patio and the two doors in The Patio that is where the problem is the doors are sticky and not drawing the boss of the operation is Named Sue her husband who does the work does not speak English she said he understood but he does not it was a big mistake for me to hire them I will not be needing your services anymore I would rather use Home Advisor or look one up myself now I have this mess on my hands to feel with
Comments: Used oil-based paint on metal doors inside now they have tacky paint which means they are sticky they may or may not dry and if they do not dry you either have to sand them down or get an additive I am waiting for them to handle it today and find out what they are going to do to fix these doorsDelray Beach FL

Work Description: Interior Popcorn removal 2 rooms and paint 2 walls
Comments: Very disappointed with Luis Ponce's work dba T&S Painting. The agreement was to remove the popcorn of two rooms and paint two walls. He neglected to paint one of the walls. Attached picture shows the conditions he left the wall. After I realized it, I called him and he said he did not paint it because he did not have enough paint. When I did not accept that answer because he did not even fixed the wall he said that he would call me the following day to set up an appointment to come back and fix and paint the wall. He did not call back, pick up the phone or answer two text messages. I paid $1,100 for this job including the materials. I thought that based on the other reviews that the work would be very good, unfortunately it was not my experience. Also the ceiling work where he removed the popcorn was of inferior quality it has visible marks and bumps. He requested a cash payment, since this is a rental property, I paid by check and requested an invoice at the agreement time and after the job was done and Luis Ponce did not provide the invoice. I would not call or recommend Luis Ponce to anybody.Pompano Beach FL
