Comments: Sabastian saved our Christmas. On Christmas Eve we discovered we had no heat in one of our zones and the other two zones were operating intermittently. I call our oil provider whom we have an $800 service contract with and they said there is nothing we can do, call a plumber to thaw the copper line on one of our outside walls. We were desperate. I called a handful of people until I got to My True Solution and Sabastian Villarruel. By this time it was almost 10 PM. He came in and worked on the furnace for twenty minutes and resolved the problem, a problem that my oil company should have been able to resolve. He did give my unit a good cleaning and found a part that was cracked and needed replacing which he showed to me before replacing. Charge was reasonable.
