Work Description: Driveway Replacement

Comments: On the plus side, Kelvine was the only contractor we contacted who agreed to replace only the damaged sections of the driveway, rather than the entire driveway. On the negative side, he damaged the garage with the front loader and said nothing about it. This was discovered after I had made final payment.
I have tried reaching out to this customers a number to times with no results. Phone calls with messages were left with no responses and even i revisited the site to do my own investigation which im not sure he was even there because has a garage and his vehicle may been inside? i ringed door bell etc and even phoned him while on site. To clear his above statement up regarding our loader rubbing up against to garage door. Not true at all. The loader was no where near the physical garage door. Corner of demo concrete may have rubber up against the trim of the garage leaving about a 2-3 inch rub mark. i was not aware of this because the area where this section of concrete was very tight. We even informed him we had to remove a brush in order to pull the 10x8 sections of damaged concrete out. From inside the cab of the loader there was a blind spot to the right when lifting the bucket with the piece of concrete being lifted and possibly it slightly rubbered up against the trim of the garage and not the physical door itself. I was not even aware of this scrape until a few days later i received a voice mail from him with his complaint and ask that i " CALL HIM BACK" I immediately call him back and got no response.` He was a GREAT CUSTOMER UP UNTIL NOW?? Maybe he was having a bad day? But i tried reaching out to him rectify or see which way he wanted to address this minor repair. His rectification as you see is a bad review. I mention him "I don't do business like that and if i had noticed the scrape i would have brought it out to him and made arrangements to repair the scrape

Comments: This will be my 3rd time using Tri City Maintenance and Concrete. They have done a great job on each of my projects. They have a lot of experience and knowledge about grading and concrete. I will continue using them for my future projects! Definitely recommend.

Comments: Kelvin is very friendly. His price was good although it constantly increased because he kept having to go in different direction with project. I thought he would know what obstacles he may face before starting job.
He assured me that he would guarantee work 5 yrs. After 3 month the concrete is dissolving. Yes, dissolving. washing away, turning to dust. He told me that the concrete that was delivered we so thick and old that he had to add 60 gallons of water to it to be able to spread. RED FLAG.
I explained issue to Kelvin in Feb, he said he needed to wait until it was warm and he needed to put a topcoat on it. NOW HE IS AVOIDING MY CALLS. HE WILL NOT RETURN VMAIL. I LEFT MESSAGE. I MAY HAVE TO CONTACT BBB ABOUT HIM. I HOPE THAT HE WILL CONTACT ME SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS,.

Comments: Tri-City Concrete Services did a fantastic Job with my 40'X40' concrete pad for my 21' Recreational Vehicle.
Kevin Thompson and his crew where punctual every day of the project.
One of the great things about this company is that they pick-up any leftover debris keeping the area clean.
Looking forward to more projects at a later date.

Comments: Kelvine and his team were awesome to work with and they did a great job fixing our driveway. Tri City Maintenance had competitive pricing (not the lowest quote, but close to it) and they by far had the best customer service of any of the concrete companies we talked to (e.g., on time, great communication, did not de-prioritize us even though our job was on the smaller size). I really enjoyed working with Kelvine and his team and would definitely higher them again for any future concrete related jobs.
