Work Description: Rude service and unfair billing practices
Comments: TCC sent me a bill for services they had assured me were covered at the time of scheduling. When I called the service department to find out what was going on, the representatives were totally rude and unprofessional. Basically telling me that 1) I was lying (don’t they record these calls??) and 2) they had the right to change their mind about whether it would be covered or not. I have never been spoken to so rudely from an actual business representative as I was with TCC. The whole experience felt shady and left me with a super uncomfortable feeling.I looked at other reviews since that call and it seems that I am not the only person this has happened to, and their typical response to an unhappy costumer is to flip it and blame it on the customer as they did to me today.

Comments: I spoke with Craig on the phone a couple of times and he assured me someone would be out before noon due to the high volume of calls. Upon arrival before noon, the technician, Mike introduced himself to me, was dressed appropriately for the job and had a name tag on his shirt, He was very courteous professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate all of these things as I am a business owner and look for these qualities in other businesses. I believe I will be able to give them referrals as I work in many people's homes. I just had someone who needed a plumber last week. We exchanged business cards and I look forward to giving them more business through referrals. I would definitely hire them again. 5 STARS to them. Work Description: Install boiler and in floor radiant heat throughout home.
Comments: Matt showed up on time and answered all of our questions and explained everything in terms that we understood. The install crew knew exactly what to do and did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up the basment cleaner than it was befor they started.
