Comments: Mr Torres just completed about 550 sq/ft patio job today for my wife and I. I will note that we recent moved here from another state where during 26 years with two new construction homes, I knew who to go to for any trade. Being new to the area I was very apprehensive in sorting out contractors.One came out to measure and never followed up with a bid. I had contacted a few others and none responded. Mr Torres was the ONLY contractor that came out and bid on the spot. He also explained his approach with foundation and rebar! In the area we came from, I never saw contractors do that. They just put up forms, pour and go and that’s in cold country.
His crew came today at 7:15 and gone by 4:15! Forms removed and site very clean. It was pleasure to host him and his crew. Professional, hard working and personable. Also note communications with his office was equally professional with timely updates on scheduling.
In closing, Mr Torres, family and crew are top flight. In our case one call did it all and that’s against other Angie’s List vendors. Price was very fair and competitive even comparing to another market.
