Comments: I was referred to this company by a friend. A representative came twice and walked the job in my home, however, the first visit, after receiving a very generic estimate from the company and emailing questions back, the company never responded to me. Another request was made to which the same representative responded with statements that indicated he had been watching my home and the people coming and going – extremely unnerving. He also grilled me on the previous contractor… his work, whether I had paid him, why I had paid him, etc. I found this very unsettling and improper. His manner and tone of voice during the visit was rude, unprofessional and totally inappropriate. He made the comment upon leaving that the job was big and that an estimate would be provided that weekend. Almost a week later and I have not had the curtesy of a response from the company. In my opinion, I don’t understand why a company representative would treat a potential customer this way. If his lack of professionalism in providing a simple estimate or quote is a reflection on his work product, I would not recommend him. Work Description: Removed left-over paper and glue from wallpaper removal, removed old mirrors, textured and painted master bathroom.
Comments: Julio and his team did a terrific job on our bathroom and we are very pleased with the outcome. We were quoted for 3 days of work but it took just 2. We originally thought that made the bid too high but they painted the ceiling too which was not part of the original bid. We love it.......Thanks Julio!!!Houston TX
