Work Description: Simple grass cutting, both front & back yards; trim two bushes.
Comments: Ron was prompt; called me before arriving. Unfortunately, he cut the above ground Comcast cable. He informed me immediately, which I appreciated. For one bush, he told em that he did not have the proper tool to trim it he eft that tool at another customer's houuse. Not good. He promised to return, but never did. Now he won't answer my calls. I actually wanted him to return in mid-September, which I told him. He said he would put an appointment for me in his book. Mid-September came and went. He doesn't answer calls and his mailbox is full. We had an issue where he left the grass in the street. I called him back for that and I and a neighbor placed the cuttings in a bag as Ron blew them together in a pile. He was not happy about having to return, but he should have blown the cuttings back onto the lawn in the first place. What gives?Marietta GA

Work Description: Extreme Yard Work
Comments: This young man showed up to an 8 month unkempt yard. It ended being a two day process. The first day, he suffered from poison ivy in my back yard and broke out so very bad. That didn't stop him from showing back up at 7am the next morning ready to complete the job. He did a PHENOMENAL JOB!!!! He was punctual and friendly, and VERY reasonably priced! He's now my regular lawn maintenance guy. Give this guy a shot.........-
