Comments: Izzy, Isreal, Jacob is a scam and a thief!! My husband and I are out of 4,000.00 due to an abandoned basement job by Izzy. We would love to help stop ELN Pro from scamming others. This happened in March-April of this year 2024, so I can see that despite all of Izzy, Jacob whoever he is has not stopped! Let us know how we can help. We are also pursuing legal action.Antioch IL

His a scam artist his so called company name now is ELN Pro. But it’s still all the same crappy work and the same owner Israel or Jake! Do not hire! He is just out to take peoples money and never does the work. Under his new website ELN Pro he even have himself a 5 star review ha what a joke!! Do not recommend this scam artist to anyone! Comments: Horrible experience! When I originally called, “Jake” so he called himself was very quick to come out do an estimate and sounded like he knew exactly what he was talking about. There and then he was very pushy about receiving a deposit. I wrote him a check but made sure to write the date for another week the day of when he was set to come out to do the work. Once he realize he wouldn’t be able to cash the check right away he asked me for cash only. “Jake” said he needed the money that same day and could not accept the check because he could not wait a week to cash it. “Jake” said he would only accept the check if I changed the date to that same day (the same day he did the estimate) so he could go cash it right away as soon as he left. (Also on the check he asked for me to write another name under Israel Garcia) This raised a major red flag! I took the check back and told him I would not be hiring him for any services. He was very persistent in having me hire him and giving him a deposit before he left. After a lot headache I firmly asked him to leave my property and not return as I did not want his services anymore. And I am so glad I did after he left I did more research on this company and this man so called “Jake”. He has so many bad reviews his done so many people wrong his scammed so many people. I was one of the lucky ones something wasn’t right about him and I was right!!l He could have scammed me out of my money too. It’s a shame! There are plenty of other websites with the same company, under the same owners name Israel Garcia under the same address 1324 Walnut Dr. Round Lake IL 60073. Most honest website have all bad reviews. This is definitely not aCompany or a professional but just a simple Scammer!!

Comments: Terrible contractor and an even worse person. DO NOT HIRE!!! He may talk like he knows what he is doing but work is sloppy, unprofessional, and never even finished the project after getting paid. It appears I am not the only one with the same experience. Israel Garcia is not to be trusted. Promised 1 week for drywall, after 4 weeks it is still not finished and now is a no show/no call back/no contact. He appeared surprised when I told him the drywall should be smooth and said that was "extra". I am filing a police report.Libertyville IL

Comments: I love supporting companies that present themselves as up and coming. However, “Izzy” or Israel represented himself as Top Marks Construction, but fell well short of any high marks. While he seemed to know his craft, he is unreliable, messy, and works with a floating and ever-changing budget.He started the work and disappeared for day. Ultimately he failed to complete the work, left trash and excess material behind and even though he promised to return on multiple occasion has been a no-show. We are initiating legal remedies to get some of our money back. Would not recommend him.

Comments: This Guy is as Charming as they Come . Seems to know what hes Talking about also. He insists on my Upfront which I gave $1800. He was NOWHERE to be found for weeks . Until i had to involve the Police Dept . When i contacted him with the Investigators Card & what they would do if he did not show up . Boom next day showed up . 1 helper in tow No Wheel Barrels ? Really ? Really ! He had to go get my neighbors to help him . Which by the way he Never pd them for their work . His Concrete works was like a Child did it . They left a Mess thruout the yard . Cracked Driveway got Concrete all over my Siding my doors including Screens on Doors . He Cracked my Siding in 3 places . He left the road full of chunks of Concrete. I would NEVER Recommend this "Company"His name that he gave me was Izzy.

Comments: He shouldn’t even get 1 star but they don’t put a spot for 0 stars. He was a no show no call. And didn’t answer his phoneI paid this man a $200 down payment on June 23rd. Said he’d be back at 8-830 June 24th.
Once he called, I requested my money back and he agreed to only return $100 for work never done.
So I told him to do the work. The concrete is two tones and doesnt look good at all. Additionally, he left concrete all over the place that I had to clean up myself.

Comments: Jake seemed like he really understood the project and how to do it when I first talked with him. He was also very friendly. I decided to move forward and we set a date. He was not prompt and when he did show up he did not have the proper tools on the first occasion. On the second attempt, he brought the proper tool, but did not pay attention to the details. He said he was going to power wash and did not. Overall, the job he did was less than average for the price.-
