Work Description: Replace Igniter

Comments: I was informed igniter was pick up on last Thursday and will pick up harness the next day which is Friday and will be here at 9am to fix my heat. Has not showed up and will not respond to me and it is 36 degrees today and this makes a week and 1 day of broken promise and no contact and still no heat.

Work Description: HVAC Repair/Replacement

Comments: I called upon these "contractors" to repair my old HVAC unit. No matter what they did over the period of 12 days, the "fixes" never worked. I was finally left with the only decision to just replace it. The day came to install, the air started flowing, & they told me it was good to go. Only after they had my check in hand, did they make mention that there were a couple "cosmetic flaws" left to fix, & they would return the next day to finish up. However, they did not return that day, nor the next. After 2 months of playing one-sided phone tag, I realized they were never coming back. I then turned to another contractor, who upon first glance at their work, informed me the "cosmetic flaws" entailed: inadequate unit pad, no rodent guards on support frame, improper conduit wiring, gas line left unconnected, no exhaust vent hood, unit flashing left open & unsecure, & to top it all off, there were zero permits for the installation of the unit! Top Gun Services aren't even licensed to operate in the first place! I advise all of you to steer clear on these con men, because they'll rob you & never finish the job.

Comments: I would exercise extreme caution if you choose this company. I did choose them as I prefer to do business with veteran owned companies. At this point in the 8 week process of having HVAC installed in a new house, we are no closer to completion and out a significant amount of money as well as being heavily delayed in our build project. I cannot get a return phone call to shore up any resolution for this abominable situation. There is a shear lack of honesty, integrity and not even a modicum of morality in the business dealings with Mr. Juan Duenas. I truly question his veteran status as his conduct does not attribute to one who served with honor and dignity. This process has been a massive disappointment, waste of time money and resources, and I am utterly ashamed of him for the treatment of a fellow veteran, if indeed he has that status.

What I am most angry about is that it seems to be ok to put others first since our house in not yet done. While I do understand that yes, it has been hot and I want people to be comfortable, for every day that my build is at a standstill, I am still paying insurance, electric, monitoring and begging contractors who are lined up to please wait. In the end, you accepted the job, moral efficacy should see you through. Meanwhile, still waiting for a return call, and the crickets are LOUD. What a mess. Please use this a strong warning on your choice of contractor.

Comments: Let me just say we went with this company to install the entire HVAC unit and ducts in our new build. I purposely wanted to use Juan and his team because he installed the unit in our existing house and did a great job. I thought I could trust that this would take stress off my partner in dealing with our contractor pulling teeth to get done properly. Well....what a farce and slap in the face this has been. We are now 8 weeks in to this debacle and still not done. Should have just stuck with the monkey we already had instead of involving another circus. I am hugely disappointed and ashamed that i placed my trust in this team. I am now to the point that seeking alternate action against the company is a measured consideration

Comments: This guy here sounds like a used car salesman. Something didn't seem right that he wanted me to buy a new unit when mine was only 5 years old. I told him it was still under warranty and I'd call the company who put it in. So I called the company in my area just to see if he said the same thing. Well, this gentleman said, it just needed a good cleaning, he even cleaned my drain pan, was in and out in 10 minutes, plus he didn't charge me. TOP GUN will tell you lies and take your money, people beware of this guy OH and he doesn't have a license according to the Alabama Board Of Heating. If his name is Juan Duenas, RUN! Comments: People need to research business's, the company he calls TOP GUN was and is formed out of Texas. So He stole the logo and the name of the business. The next question is this so called company has NO business license, and no General Contractor License because if so it would be listed which it's not! So you have a fraud that is out here doing business, and it's a JOKE! Yes, they might have 16 years of so-called experience but that means nothing when he comes in and does a horrible job and you can't hold him accountable. And the reviews are great, hell his wife is making reviews so it looks good! Semi Smart tactics but not working you might have fooled some but not this guy. And I do own a business in Huntsville, and I did it the CORRECT WAY. 1. Filing with State for LLC, (Which you have not done). 2. Apply for Business License with the City (Which you have not done). 3. Paying state and federal Taxes (WHICH YOU HAVE NOT DONE). So, If I was Top Gun I would keep my head on a swivel and watch what you are doing, because PEOPLE have done their homework and it's only in due time before you get shut down. Good luck by the way.
