Description: Tolson General Contractors, Inc. is a small minority business established and incorporated in April of 2018 with the goal to serve the metropolitan areas of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia with quality workmanship in the areas of roofing, electrical and construction.
Mr. Stephen Russell Tolson, President of Tolson General Contractors, Inc. is a Master Electrician and has over 20 years of electrical experience. Vernon Smith, Project Coordinator has over 40 years of General Contracting in construction which includes home improvements, and fire restorations. He has elite certifications on all types of roof installations which is his specialty.
During the months of April through August of 2018, Tolson General Contractors, Inc. diligently worked on their business plan by obtaining their State of Maryland Home Improvement license, State of Maryland business license, obtaining bonding capacity of one million per job and 2 million aggregate and General Liability insurance in order to ensure and promote an established future for Tolson General Contractors, Inc. and their customers. We have the ability to team or joint venture with other General Contractors. The following divisions were formed:
• Electrical Division
• Renovation, Construction and Fire Restoration Division
• Roofing and Specialty Roofing Division
