Work Description: Electrical Panel
Comments: Hired a second time after a decent experience the first. Unfortunately, there was a lack of follow through with the work he said he would complete. Paid for a new panel to be installed along with making sure it was up to code. This contractor said he would be back to finish labeling the panel so that it was up to code but did not show.This message was received after he said he would finish the labeling “next week” and did not show.
“If you look in your paperwork it was never mentioned for me to label the panel. Your label wasn't properly labeled before.
My job was to tear out the old panel and put in a new panel.
I'm not gonna take the time to find every circuit you have sorry but that's not in my estimate. This is the last that you will hear from me. Quit contacting me.”
This job was paid for but the work was not completed fully. The final step of electrical panel installation is to check the circuits, breakers and label the panel. Accountability and professionalism are concerns with this business.
