Work Description: Cement Board SidingComments: The contractor is the worst I ever used! I got Milton's name from a friend who spoke very highly of him. I paid them full for the siding job which he didn't finish completely. I asked him to finish but he didn't come back for almost three months. When he came back, he cut the stone around all the windows and doors and left a big mess. The stone is completely destroyed. He installed the columns on the front porch. Instead of 8x8 fiberglass columns, he installed 6x6 pc hollow columns which is one third of price which we agreed before. Instead of using pressure treated post with base to anchor to the stone, he just put two 2x4 fur in the columns. The soffit is hanging and aluminum work was the worst I ever saw. I called him many times and told him the columns and soffits not what I agreed and the work he performed completely violated the code. Finally he took the columns back and it took him almost two months to give the deposit for the columns back. I found gable and garage door trim supposed to be Azek but he used aluminum instead. The nail he used for Azek trim already started to rust only a few months after he installed. I called him to fix the problems and he refused to do anything. I kept asking him to give me the copy of certificate of insurance and he refused to give to me. The worst contractor I ever used in my life! I just can't imagine who will do something like that. Why this kind of contractor still in business? Hope my horrible experience will help people to avoid aggravation, loss of money and waste of time in the future.
