Comments: Whereas most do not do what they promise, Fernando (owner of Tiger Pest Control) exceeds what he promises! Based on reviews of this company, I had high expectations--which were surpassed. Fernando not only appears to know more than others in this industry, but his passion for what he does is unmistakable. The only concern I found in reviews for Tiger Pest Control were several indications of lateness for appointments...However, when you experience the level of attention and care he extends to you, which is evident in others' reviews, such peripheral complaints are unlikely to be an issue. Fernando arrived early for all of my appointments thus far and has been quickly responsive to any messages. There is a reason why so many reviewers of Tiger Pest Control refer to Fernando by name rather than his company's name. He is a genuinely sincere and likable man. Work Description: We had a very active yellow jacket nest located under a pile of brush on a hill in backyard.
Comments: This company responded very quickly to our inquiry. They also sent a reminder the night before the appointment and showed up at the scheduled time. Most importantly, they took the time to remove the brush necessary to get the product to the nest and guaranteed the work! They were very professional and we would highly recommend them.-
