Comments: After a thorough evaluation by Rooter Works plumber Jerrod Davis, it was determined that my problem was more serious than anticipated. Long story short, a new interior drainage system has been installed, and the water is draining freely once again. I was provided with accurate information to on which to make my decisions about the best course to take. I was also impressed with the timely fashion in which they completed their work.
