Main Services: Painting, handyman, repairs, install.

Description: Honest, integrity and 100% customer satisfaction is what separates me from the rest of the guys who grab a toolbox and truck. Sadly, I've heard time and again about how difficult it is to find dependable, honest, and hardworking individuals from many clients. If you are reading this, rest assured you have found that unicorn of man. I'll treat your home like my own, never skimping or cheating you on any project, will always be upfront about the job, will never mislead or misguide you, and I'm the only handyman who is comfortable in pink. What more could you ask for!

I have a decade of experience working on all kinds of projects and task, too many to list here. But basically what I always tell my clients is, "I can do anything short of ripping your floors up and replacing the pipes in your house".

If you need help, I'm your guy! Next time you have a project that you need to get done and want to save yourself some time, so you can focus on what really matters, just call the "Pink Guy".

What sets us apart from other contractors: We are honest, over communicate, and will fix a mistake we make at no charge to you.

We are best known for: Painting is our specialty, but myself and the team are known to get the job or task done right the first time, whatever it may be.

Work Description: Handyman

Comments: He needed a supply of one shelve for a walk in closet, bracket, paint, etc and included in the receipt is a can of WD40 to lubrecant squeaky door, a drop cloth, a caulking gun etc. This items should be part of his tool ox as a handyman. The receipt totaled $68.38. We were not there when the work was done; only my agent who sold my home. She had to be there to let him in and then left. He charged me for 5 hours of work including travel time to Home Depot. Yes, I did give him permission to buy the shelf and the paint but he did have to go to Home Depot which with traffic can take you at least an hour. There were other hardware stores close to my home.
Vivian, You can do the shopping instead and we wouldn't charge you! Our agreement for the small job was on an hourly basis. You agreed to this when you hired us. As per the "closer stores" what happens if I go to small mom and pop store that doesn't have what I need? Now I have to go to anther supply and it takes more time. The risk is not worth it, which could potentially cost more when working by the hour. My supplies are not your supplies :) We did not charge for a caulk gun, but we did charge for wd40 because our agreement was time plus materials. Therefore materials are charged. This is a service business. You hire us to do work for you. Therefore I only am paid for based on the hours I'm working for a job. Also, If I only worked 5 hours for you, is that enough to make a day's wage? It is not. There fore I have to schedule another job in to make it worth my time, or we charge a day's rate. The expectations were set with you a head of time, you just don't have a clear expectation of how the service industry should operate. Ask yourself, why should I do your shopping for free? Thank you. I stand by our work, and our expectation was set ahead of time.
