Comments: Currently working with this company and I am Having a terrible experience with this company!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! They worked on my neighbors windows and we received an estimate to do our sliding door windows and roof with them. We were supposedly speaking to the part owner of this company, he was rushing us to sign a contract because he said the material for the roof was going to go up in price. He had us sign a BLANK PHONE with the promise of sending us the contract by email. We had to ask him several times for it. Even though he promised a lot of things during our initial conversations : the soffit would be included, additional material for the roof of a shed, and we never discussed removing our gutters, but they are gone, none of this made it on the contract!! His response to it all was "dont worry about it we got it" but now every single thing is at an additional cost!!! Including the gutters that were NOT supposed to be removed!!! We no longer want to do the windows with people who promise one thing and cannot follow through!!! But the BLANK "contract" was signed, and now they will not let us cancel these windows, we trusted him and feel like we have been swindled. The supposed owner only communicates SOLELY over texts, which is EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially when he knows we are not satisfied with their service. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE!!! Turns out my neighbor also is not happy with their work, they are a complete rip off!!! Who care only about having you sign the contract and will say ANYTHING for you to do that and then WILL NOT honor it!!! I could give them less than one star I WOULD.Dania Beach FL
