Work Description: Some tile came loose on the entrance ledge to a walk-in shower. When I tried to repair it, the tile fell off and I discovered that a rubber shower pan was not used in the shower construction. I called Alex and Sergio to remove the tile on the shower floor and bottom row of tile on the walls to install a shower pan. When he started taking out the wall tile we discovered that the tile had been glued directly to regular dry wall (improper construction). So we decided to completely rebuild the shower properly from the wall studs out.
Comments: Alex contacted me within minutes of my posting my request for work. Sergio came to look at the job within the hour. The estimate was very reasonable as was the time line for work to be done. They were both completely professional in skill and customer service / communicating with the customer. They also were good to offer options to materials and design and discuss ideas leading to mutual satisfaction. I'll DEFINITELY hire them for future projects!
