Comments: hired them to do a basement and was blown away the quality of work. they gave us design ideas and worked with the wife. was a grat experience and now have a basement that is awesome for whole family.

Comments: sam and his guys will do almost anything to make you happy. the basement is turning out better than we ever expected. they really know how to give options and choices and keep the wife happy. thanks sam, justin, and derrick.

Comments: Communication good before contract signed & initial deposit given. Items within their control, was lack of follow through or follow up. Time set aside to accommodate scheduled work often 3 or more days in advance, they may show for a short time then leave to get materials & not finish the small scope for that day. Granted COVID did cause issues & originally supposed to be accomplished within 7 days, it has been 1.5 years and still missing shower doors, window interior & exterior not framed. Now tasked to find someone to finish job & believe most will not touch due to if issues later, they don't want to be held accountable.
If more reviews were available Feb 2020, we would most likely sought work to be done elsewhere. Just wanted to make others aware.
