Comments: I was very pleased with the work that was done, they reasphalted my driveway and asphalted under my carport where I park my boat, Richard did everything he said he was going to do and more, I would recommend them to anyone

Comments: Richard came to do an estimate and then sent me a quote in the morning. I never signed the quote because all it contained was an invoice, not a scope of services, timeline, project outline, or even terms and conditions. He did not attend to the project himself until it was time to wrap up, and he was aware that I was unhappy with the process. After I paid him in full, I received an updated invoice that almost double what we had discussed. When I told him that I would not be paying the non-agreed upon amount, he threatened to put a lien on the property and then sent multiple harassing messages to me. The work that his team did was sloppy. Corners were cut and they used the cheapest materials. Before putting down the gravel for the patio, the soil should have been tilled, excavated, and tampered, a layer of weed barrier cloth should have been secured with edging in place. Instead, his team simply raked the site, put down plastic that was not secure, and threw down gravel. I would avoid at all all costs, and if you do move forward with a project, make sure to get a copy of their licenses because they do not appear to be operating a legitimate business and Richard does not accept payment vie debit or credit card. He was insistent that I take out cash to pay him which I refused to do and his wife gave me the necessary information to complete the payment via Zelle.

Comments: I did not receive the service and materials as promised by Texas Best Paving. I have contacted them several times but they still have not come back to resolve issues.

UPDATE (10/20)
Work not completed accurately even after several attempts to fix the problem. We sent actual videos to him. He does not respond very well or hangs up with you if you ask him a question that he feels corners him then accuses you of calling him a liar because he doesn’t want to answer the question.
Also trying to find his business tax ID number and the actual owner of the company he or his dad. His dad’s number rolls to his number which when he recognizes your voice he hangs up.
I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY AND WILL PUBLISH MORE INFORMATION ON HIS SITE AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SITES TO HELP REVENT OTHERS FROM BEING SCAMMED.
The pictures he will send you of the work he did does not indicate the work he will complete at your location.

We are currently trying to find out further formation about his company to take this to the next level.
I apologize you feel this way and aren’t happy with our work we have had bad weather and We are really backed up but I can assure you as we have spoke sense my guys have been back out there once I will do everything in my power to make it right and make sure you’re satisfied thanks
