Comments: I had a terrible experience with Swan Electric and Plumbing. The technician came out to do a pressure test because Atmos shut off our gas. The pressure test was fine and the technician collected the payment for the permit for the city to do the inspection. However, Swan never submitted the permit. I called the next day and they finally submitted it, but the inspection was delayed.The technician was supposed to come out the next day to remove the pressure gauges from the gas line, but he never showed up. Atmos came to turn on the gas, but they couldn't because of the gauges. I called Swan again and they sent someone out to remove the gauges. However, the technician also had pressure gauges on the furnace, which Atmos didn't know about. Atmos couldn't turn on the gas until the gauges were removed from the furnace as well. I called Swan again and they removed the gauges from the furnace.
Atmos sent me an email saying that they would come on Wednesday, November 8th to restore our gas. This means that we were without gas for over a week because of Swan's incompetence.
I will never use Swan Electric and Plumbing again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Comments: Toilet rebuild $254. Toilet was not rebuilt. I replaced the entire toilet this weekend. Toilet has never been moved. This necessary for a proper rebuild. Tech suggested I do a major plumbing repair $1,500 to fix slow draining/slow flushing toilet. Again I replaced the entire toilet $139 problem solved. I broke the toilet open and the tenant had been flushing surgical masks and they plugged up the toilet. Swan can keep the $254 but I want the warranty I purchased canceled and the $100 credited to my credit card. Any questions please call Richard D. Cadena at 214244-7294. Also i have the "major" plumbing repair scheduled for this Tuesday 6/28/2022. Please cancel it. I will follow up Monday morning 6/27/2022. Please communicate this to the technicians. I could tell by his clean jeans and shirt he had no intentions of getting dirty on a Saturday. He had lazy wrote all over him. SO, I called Swan. BEST decision I ever made! I had the pleasure of the David Helton and Anthony gang show up. Told them what I had been told and David said, Well, let's see. He dove right into the mud, felt around and looked at me and said, We can have this fixed in 15 minutes. He showed me where the leak was and it was about 6 inches out from my foundation. Both gentlemen were an absolute pleasure to be around and they had the BEST attitudes and work ethic. And I have to say, that David is absolutely the most enthusiastic guy I've been around and he represents Swan VERY well. He loves what he does, loves helping people and he loves the company he works for and believes in them. They both knew what they were doing and had the leak repaired in no time and it cost me NO WHERE NEAR what that other joker from Dial 1 quoted me. All in all, GREAT SERVICE on a SATURDAY.
