Main Services: landscape installation and maintenance

Description: we are a small to medium sized company servicing the entire east bay and western central valley. we offer landscape maintenance and construction services.

our maintenance consists mostly of estate sized residences, home owner associations, retail, commercial and industrial properties, model homes, churches, parks, green belts, common areas, schools, cemeteries, restoration and wetlands rehabilitation sites. We currently are not in the single family residential maintenance market unless it is a home owner association or about 3/4 acres or larger. installations are not limited by the same economics as maintenance, however we do make a determination of size of the project and its fit into our strength or weakness to serve that market. very small projects are hard for us to serve due to paying workers wages and travel.

installation projects include small residential modifications to large, half million dollar commercial projects. we are irrigation specialists and pride ourselves on restoring poor irrigation systems. drainage, low voltage lighting, grading, boulders, pathways, fences and walls, irrigation, and landscape are typically what we install. we normally subcontract major concrete, carpentry, water features, or would encourage you to deal directly with these specialist contractor categories. we concentrate in basic landscape needs instead of being a jack of all trades. you will get better work from a contractor that specializes in their trade.

our normal service area (livermore based) includes Livermore west to Hayward, Fremont north to San Pablo, Vallejo east to Brentwood, and the Tracy-Manteca area. we do currently perform work on the peninsula.

one of the most important services we provide is prescribing plants that suit your needs and that will succeed. there are thousands of species of plants in use in california. its easy to prescribe plants. but how many times have you found you have a hard to grow plant, or the wrong one in the wrong place, or simply plants that fail nearly as fast as you can plant it? the industry is full of people making poor recommendations, which creates work for those of us who correct their mistakes, and thereby creates a following of loyal customers. you need the right plant, the first time.
