Comments: Jesse came out first to give me a free quote to replace my hot water heater. I got a few more quotes but decided to go with Suma. I was comfortable with the way Jesse explained what needed to be done. It was a Friday and Jesse had told me in order to acquire the hot water tank he needed to order before 5 pm. My third company ran late and when I called Jesse to let him know I had decide to go with his company it was too late to get the hot water tank. Well I got a call at 8am Saturday morning telling me they would be at my home no later than 1pm. Jesse recommended I get the 50 gallon tank because it was sufficient for my home. They arrived on time and removed the old tank and installed a new one. They also showed me that my sump pump was not working and the backup pump and battery weren’t working either. I had them to replace both and they replaced the battery. Overall I would highly recommend Suma Plumbing and Drain Cleaning LLC. I felt they were honest and appreciated their promptness during a dire situation for me. I would have had to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to get my hot water tank replaced.

Comments: I would consider using Suma Plumbing and Drain Cleaning LLC again. Jesse was my first contact with this company and when he came out to give me an estimate I felt comfortable immediately but because I had another appointment with another company I delayed their services. I had until 5pm that day for Suma to order my parts or I was gonna have to wait until that Monday. And this is where my appreciation comes from. Called them back and I was told it was too late to get the part. The owner called and told me he would get my parts and start to work that Saturday and they did. They also informed me my Sump Pump wasn’t working either. So that Saturday the defective hot water tank and my primary sump pump. During installation of the Sump Pump I found out the backup sump pump and battery were dead. They came back that Tuesday and installed a new backup sump pump and battery. They explained everything about my new hot water tank and new sump pump. I mean stuff I could do to prolong their life expectancy. I like that whatever time they said they were coming they did come. I would highly recommend this company.

He took off his shoes in the house and was very courteous and detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done. I hired them on the spot, and he began working immediately. He was careful to not remove more of the area then was required, though it would have been easier to do so. Jesse was the professional and he even offered a senior's discount. I will definitely hire them again for my plumbing needs. Thank you, Jesse and Mr. Lal. Oh, Jesse had all the material and tools in his van and did not have to leave to get parts.

They arranged for a plumber to arrive between 3 and 4 pm - same day, a time that was convenient for me. The plumber arrived a couple minutes early! They diagnosed my problem, fixed it, installed a bidet that I had purchased online, and were gone by 3:45pm. They were courteous and thorough, showing and discussing the issues with me. They went above and beyond. I felt the price was fair, maybe even inexpensive, for the quality of work and service provided. I will keep them in my contact list and give them glowing recommendations whenever someone asks me for a good plumber.

They saw I was a woman and over-charged me - which is sad because times are hard for EVERYONE and with what we face everyday, with COVID, compassion and fair treatment should be greatly practiced!!! Plus, I spent 20 minutes cleaning black gook from my brand new carpet because they didn’t use a drop cloth. I really needed the work so I’m giving 1 star for same day service but beyond that, watch your wallets!!!

I called Friday close to 8 pm and they were at my door step within 1 hour. They diagnosed issue same night and my water heater was replaced along with other pipe related items that I had put off for many years. Cost was very reasonable and all was completed by next day early afternoon. I am very satisfied with work explained and completed.
I recommend Sumas Plumbing to anyone with plumbing and pipe related work. Staff was very professional, on time, and cost was reasonable.

He was very professional and he got the job done in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this company it was just nice to get good service that is really hard to come by these days,.
