Comments: Contractor was unreliable. Was two hours late for estimate appointment. Did not call nor show the day scheduled for the job while receiving money for materials. Thought you screened these people?

Comments: he called and set an appointment and was on time. he told me what the problem was and set a good price. he actually said he could go and get the parts and complete the job that afternoon. he completed and job and everything was done as requested

Comments: Steve did a great job removing the old and failing fan and replacing it with a new, modern fan. Steve solved, on-the-spot, several unique installation problems. The new fan and its LED lighting are now working just fine!
