Work Description: State Heating was very fast to respond. I submitted my request near midnight and received an email wishing me a good night and they'd contact me in the morning. I was contacted shortly after 7am and my furnace was serviced by 10:30! Great work and great pricing!

Work Description: The receipt listed as follows: Trip charge $25, Labor $60, and the Thermocouple price $60.However, the Thermocouple that was installed retail price is only $10, and sale around $7. So charging 600% over the retail price for the material undermined the Value for Money - irrespective of other price.

On the initial call they said they would send the crew out the next day to see what needed to be done and if they could do the work that day they would. They did just that.

Work Description: Absolutely love Scott (the boss!)--terrific work ethic, showed up when he said he would, went over pros and cons (I needed a new hot water tank and furnace), explained everything, no surprises and everything went smoothly. Work Description: They came out to fix my furnace the same day I called as I had no heat. They also found another problem that needed fixed and had someone out to fix that within a few days. I came home to not only everything fixed, but the technician also noticed that the gate on my fence was off the hinge and fixed that too! He went above and beyond expectations, even helping to remedy a long standing vibration in our air handler that other companies we have dealt with wanted to replace the whole unit.

Diagnosed problem, said gas pump needed to be replaced but couldn't do work until Monday because Carrier wasn't open until then. Said he'd be there at noon. At 12:20 I called to ask where he was, but he said he got the time confused. He said he was on his way, but didn't arrive until almost 4:00. It was 38 degrees in my house. When he got here, he did fix the furnace.
