Work Description: Home Remodel
Comments: Do not hire this company, especially the project manager Damian Kasey Lee– a costly mistake!I hired this company for a full remodel, including a bathroom and kitchen renovation, as well as interior and exterior painting. From the beginning, there were issues. Toward the end of the project, I noticed that significant areas of both the interior and exterior were left unpainted. When I brought this up, they demanded an additional $10,000, despite our contract clearly stating that a complete paint job was included. Unfortunately, I didn’t pursue the issue further due to the potential for further costs.
To make matters worse, after paying them with a cashier’s check, the project manager, Damian Kasey Lee, accused me of providing a “fake” check and made an extremely offensive and racial discriminating comment. Later, the owner confirmed that the check was valid, but the experience left a terrible impression.
After an inspection, I found that NONE of the plumbing work had been done correctly. I contacted the owner, Saad Airout, over a month ago about this, and he promised to send someone to resolve the issues, but no one has shown up. Attempts to speak with them in person have also been ignored.
If you’re looking for professionalism, accountability, or quality work, I strongly advise against using this company. They’ve cost me time, money, and peace of mind k.
