Work Description: Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps - Install
Comments: When hiring Freddy to do tile in my California room floor,I wanted quality so I overlooked his guys working half days. When it came to concrete Freddy changed, one evening he showed up and three a bunch of 1x4s and 2x4s to put in forms for concrete the next day his guys came and built some of the forms. Freddy asked for 2500.00 then he asked for 4000.00 more and said he ordered concrete for Monday, on Saturday I hired an electrician to install an extended outlet outside because I knew freddy had forgotten , On Monday morning Freddy said he would be in LA. That the first concrete truck would be there at 10am with colored concrete for the back and we were required to pay for it cost 1892.72 we paid the pumper who received 310.00 and he wanted us to pay his workers 1000.00 cash in total,which we did. Our contractor Freddy was a no show. The Job first of all the colored concrete in the back sidewalks were supposed to be Adobe tan colored, the color was mocha ugly. The drains were incorrectly installed and the side walls behind the California room was too much slope away from the house. Very unprofessional very rude, and expensive, we have to hire some one else to fix a 12 yards of concrete mistake.Oxnard CA

Comments: I have never seed a person like Mr Freddy ,he trust on me ,without any signed contract ,he started to work on my property ,I was 3 hrs far away and he was able to do exactly what i need and what I wanted,he went beyond that ,by taking care of some details, that i completed forgot ,he added and completed the work accordingly, he give me his word ,and he really did it , Im so happy to found people like him , very responsible and respectfully,i'm sure that he will do what ever your protect it's, and will leave the place clean !
