Comments: The S.T. Mechanical technicians who removed my old HVAC system and installed the new one were prompt, professional and polite. Larry and Mike realized that I was busy at the computer and went about their work efficiently and quietly. Throughout the day the techs were engaging when necessary. They let me know when they were going on lunch break or leaving to get a part (once). Before testing the new system I was alerted o the "burning" smell as the unit started up.Once the job was completed, the work area was completely cleaned. As the technicians were packing up the van, my neighbor who had looked at the AC unit while they were at lunch asked for their business card. Yes, I am a very satisfied customer.
