servicing Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We have been in the roofing business since 1996
and have completed over 5,000 successful projects. Although we are primarily a commercial,
industrial & residential roofing company, we also do "specialty" roof-associated work and maintain a
full-service sheet metal fabrication shop. SRI Roofing has an experienced and well established roof
maintenance department to handle a growing need for service work and emergency calls (24 hrs/day).

SRI Roofing & Sheet Metal is located in New Castle, PA, with 9 acres of property housing a
1200SF office and 3000SF warehouse with our sheet metal fabrication shop. Our company has
employee collective bargaining agreements with Roofers Local #71 (Youngstown, OH) and Sheet
Metal Workers Local #33 (Youngstown, OH) while maintaining an average workforce of 30 "field"
employees and an office staff of 6, including the owners, a controller, estimator, safety director and
payroll/accounting clerk. Owners Bob Rand and Tom Smith have over 50 years of commercial
roofing experience and held foremen and management positions prior to their ownership of SRI
Roofing & Sheet Metal.
SRI Roofing completes an average of 1,000,000 square feet of roofing annually with all types
of systems on commercial, industrial, institutional and residential structures. This includes major tearoff and replacement, steel, wood and concrete deck replacement, new construction and re-roofing.
Our roofing applications cover a variety of needs such as shingles, single ply membrane systems,
built-up, standing-seam, copper, custom metal fabrication, metal roof retrofit systems, roof top
coatings, shingles, waterproofing and extensive service work (flashing and service repairs). SRI
