Comments: Diana called about the time the appointment to say that 1 of her employees was out sick so they wouldn't be arriving at 8 as planned. She expected they would be arriving about 1030. 2 girls arrived between 1030 1045 only to leave within minutes of arrival do to 1 of the girls children being ill and having to go pick them up from school. I never received a call from Diana I never received a call to reschedule nothing. I will not call them again

Work Description: CLEANING OF 2BD/2BA, KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND SUNROOM.
Comments: DIANA AND HER CREW WERE EXCELLENT. MY CALL WAS RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AFTER REQUESTING ONLINE QUOTE AND SHE ALSO WAS ABLE TO INTERVIEW WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE CALL. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE TWO DAYS LATER AND DID AN EXCELLANT JOB. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND VERY PROFRESSIONAL. I WILL BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Work Description: House cleaning
Comments: Contacted for a last minute clean. They were able to work me in on short notice which was greatly appreciated. However the quality of the work was less than desirable. I was told by owner it would be a deep clean, baseboards,blinds, cabinet faces,etc. Several pieces of furniture were not dusted, baseboards were not dusted, microwave was not cleaned, cob webs left in one room. I contacted owner who apologized however did not offer to correct the situation or even check it out for herself. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since they worked me in but her lack of concern leads me to believe this is the type of service you can expect. I have been paying significantly less for much better service from someone else. Think I will be going back to the old service for sure.
