All of our Foreman have 25+ years experience in their industries.
During the years of searching for a true passion, as described above, we did $ millions of dollars of remodel work and renovation / restoration work in the KCMO area. We have strong roots and extensive networks to perform quality fast work in this industry. One of our main clients being ServPro of Lee Summit, handling the majority of their restoration projects. We have a very experience Superintendent that executes our renovation projects and many of the scopes are handled "hands on" by our inhouse staff. We do subcontract out to specific reliable sub contractors on large quantity trades, such as Drywall, Painting, ect.
As we mentioned in the beginning, but as no slight to fellow professionals, we consider ourselves to be True builders, since we actually build our own projects with our own hands!
