Comments: I was contacted and an appointment set up for Sunday morning. At no point,until I I reached out, was I contacted about moving the appointment to Monday. When they actually did come they were very friendly but not experienced in the work. I would have rather been told they didn’t feel comfortable with the scope of work and found someone else to complete it versus it being a trial and error process. I was quoted a price then halfway through the project was told it would be slightly more. At the end of the day (9am-8pm) we were told an additional $225! The workmanship of the finishes product is below our expectations. The corner joints of the shower top rail were incorrectly cut and don’t meet. They tried to cover it with chalking or something but it looks sloppy. The one side piece connecting to the wall was missing so they just drilled a metal L bracket into the tile and it looks awful. The chalking at the bottom of the shower is not applied cleanly and will have to be redone. After paying a significant amount of money, I will have to redo the project.Charlotte NC

Comments: The guys came late. Didn’t have their supplies or tools needed. They took all day to do this project. They broke both bathrooms toilet flask and my tiles on both showers. They broke my door. Then had the audacity to ask me for extra money bc they didn’t do right.
