Work Description: Replace concrete in driveway and extend patio 16 feet, matching existing aggregate.
Comments: Maka was very prompt from the quote all the way through to the final rinsing of the work. He was even happy to accommodate my changes after the quote, working mostly while we were away at work throughout the day.Clean up was complete, with the only evidence of work being the wear on the lawn because of the earth removal and concrete loads using wheelbarrows (unavoidable).

Comments: I was very pleased with the overall work & the experience I had working with SW Concrete Construction.Maka, the Owner, and his crew went above & beyond in my opinion. They got the work done sooner for me than originally expected. More important to me was the outcome and I was certainly very pleased with the quality of the work done.
Maka and his crew did a little extra for me outside of what had previously been agreed upon. The agreement was to pour the stamped concrete over an existing patio slab in my backyard. At the very last minute, I decided to have the patio slab demolished which Maka was able to accommodate without having to charge me too much more.
If you're looking to get Concrete work done, especially Stamped Concrete, then I would strongly recommend contacting SW Concrete Construction.

Work Description: Replaced 12.5' x 5' sidewalk in front our home to city of Seattle standards. Needed to work around the original stairs apron which encroached on the city sidewalk. This is a 1901 sidewalk so want to match color as much as possible. Sidewalk requires city inspections.
Comments: They were very punctual on both demolition, setting forms and getting inspection, and then the pour and finish. It is a 1901 sidewalk so they added lampblack to get closer to original color. Broom finish and cutting in the lines and sides were very carefully done ... looks great. Comments: We have been using the driveway for the last two weeks since the completion of work. It works and looks very good. They were very accommodating and flexible with newly added projects other than the initial driveway quote. Finished before scheduled.
