Comments: I started contact w Barbara early Nov. Initially she was great about communication, she had high energy & seemed sincere. We were going to do interior mini remodel. I was told I would get the â winterâ discount. Before work started, we decided to just paint. No mention of prior discount but was offered âcashâ discount. I thought it odd but figured a discount is a discount... I did not know these women came from ft white but THEY knew they had at least an hour drive each way.. They expected to be here 3 days. Day FOUR I had a show to go to , expected them to finish as I was told so paid the balance 11/21. Upon return from show I IMMEDIATELY sent photos to Barbara showing how bad the MBR, bath & railings were. I had been told they have a year â workmanâ warranty. Well I am STILL trying to get this poor job corrected. I also told her the front door was really sticking. Paint has subsequently ripped off door. I have sent her photos of this too. Still no response. I have done what I can w door & am now on my way to get paint so I can finish railing. I would NOT recommend.... These gals were super friendly & spoke of their â attention to detailâ... I will let u decide if I have opp to add the same photos I sent to Barbara.Lake City FL
