Work Description: Wood Fence Install

Comments: My fence blew down in January. I called Salvador to fix. I was in Mexico for a 6 month stay ending end of April. My son gave Salvador money up front to buy materials. He built the fence and was paid. When I got home in midMay I saw the fence runs over my access panel for my sprinkler system. He moved the fence up 12-18” and now my electrical outlet is now adjacent to the vacuum breaker for my sprinklers. Not only that, when dismantling the fence, he bent the vacuum breaker manifold. I contacted him immediately. He has made promises twice to come and never showed or called. I reported to this incident to Networx; he promised them he would come yesterday. He again did not show or call.

When I gave Salvador the job I was doing him a favor because it was in the off-season and he needed the work. I now regret the decision. He doesn’t stand behind his work. This was a small job. So glad I’m not out more. Have filed a complaint with the BBB.
