Work Description: Wood Fence Install

Comments: Mr. Smith is a nice man and he brought his wife and beautiful daughter with him. Not a problem as both were a delight to spend time with. My fence looks nice but I'm NOT able to open and close with ease. I can't lock one of my gates as it leans. When I asked Mr. Smith to return to repair so I could lock my gate he came when I wasn't home and it appears he used a pocket knife to shave the fence down. I though this was very disrespectful to me and my property. After all I spend a grip to get a new fence. The bottom of the gates (both sides of the house) are uneven and scrapes the concrete and are a challenge to open. I have to lift to open. What did he do right? I love the fact he poured the concrete under the dirt. This give the fence a nice polished look as I see many contractors take the easy route and pour on top of soil and it looks like a lazy job. I still need to complete my fence installation on the side and back. I will be calling another Fence Installer to complete the job.

Comments: I had one smoke alarm that had been beeping for a day. If you know what that sounds like, you know it had to be fixed. I had a wonderful experience with Smith Removal Service. I requested help & was contacted by Shandy Smith, owner, within 30 minutes. He & his helper, Garcia, did a great job of replacing ALL my smoke alarms. They were professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service.
