Comments: I tried to use this service but they didn't show and then ghosted me. Got a referral for tree trimming on HomeAdvisor/Angi and they came and gave me a quote. We agreed upon a price and they were to do the work that following Monday afternoon. Got a text from their contact Sarah saying they were running late and wanted to reschedule for that Friday. I agreed. Well, it's Friday and the sun is setting. I texted twice and call two different numbers. No show. No text or call back to explain their absence. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! They are neither professional or reliable and I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to allow a company like this on your property with chainsaws.PS - DO NOT USE HOMEADVISOR/ANGI either because this was the service that gave me the referral to this unprofessional tree trimming company.
